(1) Select according to the maximum nominal pressure. The nominal pressure range of ball valves currently on the market: PN1.0-32.0MPa, choose the appropriate ball valve according to your own needs.

(2) Select according to the maximum nominal diameter. According to the maximum nominal diameter of the ball valve, the diameter of the ball valve is currently 6 ~ 900mm.

(3) Select according to the connection method. Ball valve connections on the market are usually flanged, butt welded, threaded, socket welded, etc. Threaded connections are more common.

(4) Select according to the ambient temperature used. The normal use temperature of the ball valve is -196'C-540C. It is recommended to select the alloy ball valve below zero. It is recommended to select the carbon steel ball valve for higher temperature.

(5) Select according to the driving method. The ball valve drive mode usually has manual, worm gear drive, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, gas-liquid linkage, electro-hydraulic linkage, etc., according to their own needs.

(6) Select according to the nature of the fluid. Different materials are available. CF8 (304), CF3 (304L), CF8M (316), CF3M (316L) ball valves are suitable for water, steam, oil, nitric acid oxidizing medium, urea and other media.
